Jack Canfield, in an interview I once heard, explained that all parents only want to protect their kids. For example, you may have walked out into the street and your parent said to you Dont you EVER do that again! What were you thinking? I told you not to walk out into the street. How dare you? What your parent may have forgot to add on was I get scared when you do that because you might get hurt. I love you so much and I dont want to see you hurt. If your Mom or Dad forgot to mention that second part, all you got was the message of anger without the message of love. How unfortunate?!
But still, how do you occupy the kids during the summer vacation? Which programs do you fill the weekly schedule for your child with? Well, there are lots of ideas for activities. Here are just a few of them:How do I wake my children up for school?
Education is key to online safety, so make sure that you and your child are aware of the possible dangers one may encounter in online gaming. These include cyber-bullying, harassment, stalking, scams, viruses and malware, exposure to inappropriate content, and vulnerability to criminals such as hackers and pedophiles. First understand how these dangers can occur and how to avoid them, then discuss the dangers in an appropriate way with your child.
