The first thing that comes to anyone's mind as summer hits is getting out of the heat and into some nice, cool water, and swimming is great exercise for growing children. Try to take your children to the local swimming holes as much as possible and, as you know, it will be nearly impossible to get them back out of the water.
I feel like I am going crazy I don't want to hear my kids cry anymore, I don't have enough money for anything, I don''t have anyone that I can trust to watch my kids, because they are going through some seperation anxiety because I am the one that takes care of them day in and day out. I got a little part time job 4 hours a week, but it just still does not seem like enough, I am anxious, tired ,feel like crying all the time I don't know what to do please help.
Get the entire family dynamic. Arrange times for everybody to get moving together. Take strolls, ride bicycles, go swimming, or simply play outside on playground structures. Everybody in the family can benefit from the time spent together.
