The idea here is twofold. You're helping your child to stay focused on both the cleaning tasks and his own activity. Opening his mind to the truth that he can use his own energy to make things happen - the things he wants to happen.
- Nickelodeon has been a kid's station since it started with lots of cartoons and shows that kids everywhere love. While many may not be as educational as ones on PBS, they are definitely fun and entertaining. Listening to the kids laugh at SpongeBob or some of the other shows is definitely worth the effort.
He will also give more positive encouragement, using compliments like "Wow! You played great music!" We all know how well children react to being appreciated and praised.
